Job Summary
A Casino Floor Host develops relationships with targeted patrons (Mass and Premium Mass) through personal contact to generate incremental revenue. They provide exceptional guest service, promote membership benefits and promotions, and coordinate personalized experiences to build loyalty to RWLV, driving hotel stays. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating patrons with incremental spend, interacting with players in person and via phone, email, text, and written correspondence; booking spa, dining, transportation, cabanas, and hotel services; communicating guest feedback to leadership; adhering to company policies and Title 31 compliance; and maintaining required licenses. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years of age, strong English communication, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience in casino hospitality or customer hosting, familiarity with loyalty programs and CRM/POS systems, and knowledge of gaming regulations.
Required Qualifications
