Job Summary
Ensure the club opens and closes properly, overseeing all departments and staff throughout the day. Address gaps in department operations, handle member and employee incidents, and coordinate emergency responses for events like power outages or injuries. Verify housekeeping checklists, manage point-of-sale registers and master keys, and cover breaks as required. Reallocate staff between departments, administer guest passes, and check pool chemical readings. Communicate daily reports to management and complete assigned projects. Requires current CPR certification, 2+ years of direct field experience, and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years related experience in direct field
- Current CPR certification
- Customer Service Obsession with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Must be observant to all member activities and surroundings with a keen eye, prepared for any emergency response
- Standing and walking for prolonged period
- Walking, kneeling, bending
- Lifting and carrying (up to 50 lbs.)
- Set-up and take-down of light equipment
- Climbing stairs and ladders
- Working with chemicals and other potentially hazardous materials
