Job Summary
Perform floor care cleaning services, window cleaning, and general janitorial duties according to client and company standards. Maintain floor care equipment, ensure supplies are stocked, and track inventory to monitor utilization. Operate specialized equipment for stripping, refinishing, and carpet extraction while inspecting areas to verify compliance with site-specific procedures. Wear all required PPE and promote safety culture to team members. Ensure punctuality, safe practice, and compliance with procedural processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Understand and practice all client and Servicon Safety programs
- Promoting safety as a culture to team members
- Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work
- Proficient in performing various types of floor care work
- Stripping/refinishing hard surface floors
- Carpet care/extraction
- Operating highly-specialized floor care equipment
- Perform work assignments as directed
- Compliance with Servicon's floor care procedures/processes
- Inspect assigned area while performing duties
- Inspect assigned area after work has been completed
- Verify that all work has been done in compliance with site-specific procedures
- Verify that all work has been done in compliance with client's Scope of Work (SOW)
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and available
- Ensure equipment is clean and in good operating order
- Report malfunctioning equipment in a timely manner
- Track inventory/equipment
- Provide feedback to the direct manager
- Monitor utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective use
