Floor Care Technician- Environmental Services- Full Time

Job Summary
Performs cleaning and disinfection in patient and ancillary areas, and maintains flooring throughout the facility. Cleans and maintains flooring, removes waste per regulations, and supports high-quality service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include routine floor maintenance (stripping/refinishing), operating powered floor care equipment, reporting maintenance and safety issues, training new hires, participating in team meetings, and using Epic Rovers and Vocera systems for communication. Schedule is full-time with Monday-Friday and weekend day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- No experience required
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Experience operating floor care equipment (powered) is a plus
