Floor Care Technician

Maintain the cleanliness of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas by dustmopping, mopping, vacuuming, and strip and recoating floors to ensure they are clean and polished. Operate floor care equipment including buffers, side by sides, and carpet cleaners while maintaining machine cleanliness and tracking inventory for cleaning supplies. Handle various floor types such as hardwood, vinyl, marble, and carpeted areas, and assist with setup and cleanup for special events when needed. Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed safely following club policies and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department. Work evenings, holidays, and weekends on a consistent basis.
