Job Summary
Conduct floor care cleaning services, window cleaning, and general janitorial duties according to client and company standards. Operate highly-specialized floor care equipment for stripping/refinishing hard surfaces, carpet extraction, and power washing while wearing all required PPE. Inspect assigned areas before and after work to verify compliance with site-specific procedures and client Scope of Work. Maintain equipment, track inventory, and report malfunctions to the direct manager. Ensure supplies are stocked and work is completed in a timely, safe manner. Requires 1+ year of floor technician experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in multiple hard floor surfaces and carpet procedures. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ yr. floor technician experience is preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
- Proficient verbal / written communication skills (Spanish a plus)
- Planning / scheduling, problem solving
- Time management skills
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up
