Job Summary
Floor Care Specialist responsible for general maintenance and repairs on facilities equipment/buildings, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and flooring tasks. Duties include stripping, waxing, and buffing floors; repairing or replacing light fixtures, outlets, thermostats, breakers, and fuses; installing window shades and locks; performing preventative maintenance on structures and systems; and assisting with related trades in accordance with directives. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of facilities maintenance experience in waxing/buffing; valid driver license. Required Qualifications
- Experience in stripping, waxing, and buffing floors is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
