Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor work activities within the Floor Care Program, including inspecting and auditing areas, equipment, and working conditions for sanitation and OSHA compliance. Train and instruct employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures while maintaining records for training, inspections, attendance, and metric data. Track equipment and supplies inventory, manage maintenance and repairs, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment. Correct at-risk behavior immediately and report accidents, incidents, and personnel or customer issues to the supervisor. Requires a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and 6 months to 1 year of experience. Shifts run Friday through Tuesday from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. with a salary of $19 to $20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Completed all safety and task training certification
- Forklift certified
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6 mo-1 year experience preferred: or equivalent combination of education and experience
