Job Summary
Maintain floor care across various buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, wet mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and cleaning carpets. Operate floor care equipment to clean hard surface floors using power equipment and cleaning solutions, while performing preventative and minor maintenance on equipment. Assist the crew in completing contract tasks by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking bathrooms, sweeping mopping floors, sinks, toilets, glass, and mirrors, emptying trash cans, and replacing liners. Dilute and use all chemicals properly. Schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with night hours from 5:00pm to 1:30am for stripping and waxing. Candidates must pass federal and state background checks and be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
