Floor Care Cleaner/Supervisor - NJ

Job Summary
Complete daily cleaning and special projects scheduled for commercial facilities, including deep cleaning, carpet extractions, floor stripping and buffing, pressure washing, window cleaning, and construction cleanups. Report deficiencies, safety hazards, and before/after photos to management and submit daily reports to the regional team. Train and recruit cleaning staff while managing payroll hours. This role requires bi-lingual English/Spanish skills, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for emergency nights and weekends. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Located in Amityville, NJ, Imperial Cleaning serves retail, medical, and commercial clients with a focus on high customer retention.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
- Valid driver's license
- Must have experience with: Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities
- Must have experience with: Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client
- Must have experience with: Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
- Must have experience with: Construction cleanups
- Must have experience with: Carpet extractions
- Must have experience with: Strip and Wax, Buffing floors
- Must have experience with: Pressure washing
- Must have experience with: Window cleaning
- Must have experience with: Hi-low dusting
- Must have experience with: General office cleaning
- Must have experience with: Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
- Must have experience with: Reporting hours to payroll
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills required
- Flexibility with working hours
- Emergency nights and weekend work may be required
