Floor Care Associate

Floor Care Associate responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care, including operation and maintenance of scrubber and buffer, dust/mop/vacuum tasks, glass/window cleaning, and adherence to health, safety, and loss-prevention policies. Cross-trained to support multiple store areas, delivering high-quality customer service and upholding TJX’s merchandising and operational standards. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail while supporting front-end coverage and store recovery as needed.
