Job Summary
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by keeping sales floors, liquor stores, offices, breakrooms, backrooms, training rooms, and restrooms orderly and free from safety hazards. Operate floor care and department equipment to sweep, vacuum mats, remove carpet spots, and dispose of trash while performing restroom deep cleaning. Greet, assist, and thank guests in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner. Report faulty equipment, hazards, team member theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement, or any illegal or policy-violating actions to management. Work varied schedules including overnight shifts in some locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform job functions
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- High standard of integrity and reliability
- Basic computer skills required to participate in online training
- Ability to carry, push, or lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to pull up to 250 lbs
- Ability to climb up to 10 ft
- Ability to work in indoor, outdoor, cold, heated, and wet/humid working conditions
- Ability to work with hazardous equipment
- Ability to be exposed to sharp objects
- Ability to be exposed to loud noise, skin irritants, nuisance dust, fumes and sprays, hazardous cleaning solutions and other toxins
- Ability to work varied schedules including overnight in some locations
