Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring proper operation of slot equipment and assisting guests with machine issues on the casino floor. Key duties include handling extensive cash transactions, clearing jams, and providing customer service. Required qualifications include prior experience in gaming operations and handling cash, effective communication skills, and a valid Colorado Gaming License. Must be able to perform physical activities such as walking and lifting. Full benefits including health insurance for full-time employees, PTO, and retirement savings plan are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience receiving, securing, handling, counting, reconciling, and distributing large sums of money
- Demonstrated working knowledge of slot machine games and operations
- One (1) or more years of recent and related gaming experience, preferably in slot operations
- Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

- Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations, gaming rules, and regulations
- Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
