Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of slot equipment on the casino floor, monitoring customer interactions, and assisting with machine issues. Handles jackpot payments, reconciles cash, and maintains compliance with gaming regulations. Requires effective customer service skills and experience with cash handling. Candidate must possess a high school diploma, a valid Colorado Gaming License, and at least one year of gaming experience, ideally in slot operations.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations, gaming rules, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience receiving, securing, handling, counting, reconciling, and distributing large sums of money
- Demonstrated working knowledge of slot machine games and operations
- One (1) or more years of recent and related gaming experience, preferably in slot operations
- Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Graduation from a gaming school or equivalent is preferred
- Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
- Ability to work well with people and create a fun environment for guests
