Floor Associate

Oversee the stationed zone (Big Kid Zone/Kid Zone/Mini Zone/Lobby) by monitoring safety, controlling traffic flow, and enforcing age and weight limits while assisting parents and children. Greet guests upon entrance, navigate them through check-in procedures including waivers and hand stamps, and answer inquiries about reservations or services. Complete cash register transactions, collect admission payments, and manually process reservations using point-of-sale software. Maintain safe operating conditions in the check-in, merchandise, and play areas by monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with fire and safety regulations, and documenting incidents or guest service deficiencies. Participate in training for Guest Services, Operations, First Aid, and Emergency Procedures. Work nights and weekends as required.
