Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service using the S.A.L.E.S process and mystery shop standards while maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising levels. Process new shipments, organize back stock areas, and assist with receiving operations. Actively participate in daily huddle meetings, train peers, and respond to safety or shoplifting concerns. Aid customers with product location, special orders, and Ace Rewards card enrollment. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or General Education Degree (GED)
- Sales and customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift, move and handle up to 60 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
