Job Summary
Oversee machine setups and production changeovers for plastic injection molding; guide machine operators to maintain quality and safety; perform operator duties when needed; prepare the floor for each shift by ensuring machines, materials, and components are ready; lead safety and 5S initiatives and complete production reports; requires a High School diploma or equivalent, and two years of injection molding experience preferred; forklift driving test required; proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; physically capable of lifting 30-40 lbs and handling pushing/pulling/reaching up to 50% of the time; shifts include 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm with weekend night availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Two years of injection molding experience preferred
- Must pass forklift driving test and operate safely daily
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Must be able to effectively use Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Physically able to lift up to 30-40 lbs and perform duties involving pushing, pulling, and reaching up to 50% of the time
