Job Summary
Provide campus floor cleaning, custodial services, and minor maintenance at Covenant Living retirement campuses; perform deep cleaning, floor maintenance (stripping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming), and general facility upkeep following department standards; participate in linen program and inventory/supplies management; observe safety procedures and report repairs as needed; must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with cleaning/maintenance; physical ability to perform mobility tasks, lift up to 50-100 lbs, and operate cleaning equipment as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbal and written
- Experience with floor cleaning and cleaning in a facilities/maintenance environment preferred
