Job Summary
Assist callers impacted by severe flooding, providing empathetic and effective support while responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Document all interactions thoroughly, maintain confidentiality, and escalate complex problems to supervisors as needed. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and service quality improvement initiatives. This role operates on a U.S. Federal Contract requiring strict compliance with federal guidelines and a Level 2 fingerprint background check. Hours run 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST with flexibility to work assigned shifts. A mandatory 6-week training program with no time off is provided. Applicants must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Attendance for the full duration of the training is mandatory
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform duties with precision and maintain confidentiality at all times
