Job Summary
Process customer transactions, handle cash and vault responsibilities, and open or maintain deposit accounts for consumers and businesses. Assess customer financial needs to suggest bank services, research outages, and balance the drawer accurately. Complete all necessary account maintenance while following banking regulations and promoting sales culture. Work approximately 38-40 hours per week, including some Saturday mornings, with rotation to other offices as needed. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
- Ability to quickly learn position-related software
- Ability to effectively use general office equipment
- One year customer service and cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Working some Saturday mornings
- Fill in for vacations
- Work in other offices as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) - a plus
