Floating Teller covers multiple branches in West Orlando/Lake County, performing routine teller transactions with accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing), maintaining balancing standards and branch compliance, educating members on FAIRWINDS products and digital tools (mobile/online banking), assisting with account questions and service issues, and supporting branch goals by referring members to lending, account services, or investment solutions. Must adapt quickly to different branch teams, processes, and member needs, and travel within the designated region while delivering friendly, professional service and upholding The FAIRWINDS Way values.
