Job Summary
Provide a best-in-class customer experience by processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and identifying referral opportunities to contribute to branch sales goals. Balance cash daily, adhere to all applicable laws and regulations including Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML Policy, and escalate risks through proper channels. Maintain knowledge of bank products and services while adapting to changing digital channels. Perform duties as assigned, including traveling to branches as needed. This role requires a high school diploma, previous cash handling and customer service experience, and proficiency in computer skills. Shifts vary based on business need, with flexibility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
