Job Summary
Floating Teller position responsible for delivering branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and accurate processing of financial transactions. Will frequently travel to different branches within the designated area to assist branch staff. Responsibilities include balancing and processing transactions per Bank Policy, addressing customer inquiries and escalated account services issues to resolution, transitioning sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner, performing branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers), and ensuring AML/BSA/KYC compliance. Requires a High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience; travel between branches on an as-needed basis; proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills, strong organization, time management, prioritization, and technology skills. Bilingual ability is preferred based on branch needs. Pay range: $19.00-$28.84 per hour.
