Job Summary
Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service goals while recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing team. Schedule employees, manage labor costs, and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Coach associates on selling techniques, product knowledge, and upselling strategies to drive premium product adoption. Partner with Sales Representatives and leadership to grow business through customer outreach, sales calls, and prospect development. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong service standards, customer engagement, and issue resolution. Manage inventory levels, product availability, ordering, and inventory accuracy. Maintain merchandising standards, product presentation, and store organization. Oversee cash handling, POS processes, and daily financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Analyze sales performance, financial results, and store scorecards to make informed business decisions. Develop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company strategies. Collaborate with regional and operational leaders to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail store experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make business decisions
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts (minimum 50 hours per week)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applications
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market opportunities
- Proven ability to drive sales results and achieve business goals
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Positive, energetic, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build trust, promote teamwork, and drive continuous improvement
- Local in Westminster, CA
