Job Summary
Float 3 days per week covering stores during manager PTO, off days, or as needed, driving sales, leading teams, and delivering results. Spend 2 days per week at the home store as Assistant Manager, supporting operations, team development, scheduling, inventory, and maintaining clean, safe environments. Motivate teams, maintain high standards, and execute sales plans to meet goals while building estimates and communicating repair recommendations. Requires experience in automotive service or retail management, strong leadership skills, and comfort traveling between locations. This developmental role offers bonus potential and a clear path for growth within the automotive industry.
