Floating Store Manager

Floating Store Manager role to learn operating and managing a convenience store while assisting Store Managers at other locations. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, maximizing profits, ensuring customer service and store appearance, conducting daily tasks such as competitive gas-price surveys, daily accounting paperwork, bank deposits, ATM and Lottery funds handling, maintaining fuel inventories, coordinating merchandise receiving, implementing promotional initiatives, scheduling payroll hours, and covering manager vacancies at other stores. Travel is required; includes interacting with associates and guests, maintaining compliance, and developing leadership skills to move toward Store Manager. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; High School diploma or equivalent required.
