Floating Store Manager

Job Summary
Store Manager leading daily operations and profitability across one or more CNG Holdings retail locations (Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store). Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, sales, customer service, and store-level leadership; handling cash processes and compliance with federal/state regulations; educating customers on product portfolios; resolving customer issues; coordinating recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers; managing staff schedules and travel within the district; and upholding company values and policies. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in sales/customer service/cash handling, and 1+ year supervisory experience; strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling
- 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with policy (may not include public transportation) and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead at store level
