Job Summary
Floating Sales/Service Advisor at Ramona Tire & Service Centers, rotating between Southern California locations to bridge staffing gaps and maintain sales momentum. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, inspecting vehicles, communicating service recommendations from Automotive Technicians, quoting costs and timelines, promoting services, performing cashiering tasks with proper closing procedures, following up on repairs, tracking parts and warranties, and adhering to company policies and standards. Compensation ranges from 55K to 85K per year (Hourly + Bonus Opportunities) with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Possess current, valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Ability to work Monday - Saturday
