Floating Senior Relationship Banker

Execute traditional consumer banking transactions, manage branch leads, and convert customer requests into qualified sales or referral leads. Promote sales through outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying service needs while making appropriate cross-selling recommendations. Identify and achieve weekly sales goals, incorporate digital products into interactions, and maintain data quality using approved branch technology. Complete the lifecycle of new and existing relationships, assist with daily sales activity, pre-shift huddles, and workflow monitoring. Perform routine operational duties including teller transactions, opening/closing the office, managing vault cash, and ensuring adherence to policies. All employees serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, and monitoring daily risks per F.N.B. Corporation's program.
