Floating Sales Executive

Job Summary
Conduct development tours and property viewings while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to home handover. Manage customer enquiries, reservations, and sales administration, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Support marketing activities, monitor sales performance data, and provide updates and reports as required. Keep sales offices, show homes, and development areas presented to the highest standard while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Provide cover across developments and travel as needed to support operational needs. Collaborate with construction, customer care, and head office teams to achieve business objectives and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets
- Experience in customer-facing sales role, preferably within the new homes industry or Estate Agency
- Strong administrative skills with experience managing records and customer information accurately
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of customers and stakeholders
- A good understanding of the home-buying journey, including reservations, mortgages, conveyancing and legal completion
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practice, including the Consumer Code and NHQB requirements
- Awareness of the local property market and competitor activity
- Understanding of health and safety requirements within a construction environment
- A proactive, flexible approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check or Disclosure Scotland check
- Proof of right to work in the UK
