Job Summary
Floating Relationship Banker responsible for delivering consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending support across multiple market locations. Drives sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and cross-selling bank products; meets weekly referral goals; promotes digital products; maintains data quality for referrals and accounts; performs routine teller-related tasks; adheres to policies and risk management standards; may work at various locations within the market. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and knowledge of banking policies and consumer products; mortgage licensing experience/registration (NMLS) preferred. Office location in Owings Mills, MD, with potential requirements to work at different market locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) at least basic/intermediate levels
- Experience in a related banking/consumer lending role
- Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) identifier preferred or required
