Floating Relationship Banker

Floating Relationship Banker responsible for developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending, while promoting the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and cross-selling bank products. Will execute branch leads, input referrals into branch systems, achieve weekly sales/referral goals, and incorporate digital banking products into interactions. Must perform routine teller and operational tasks, maintain data quality for referrals and customers, and adhere to Bank policies and risk-management practices. Requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; likelihood of working at various market locations; sponsorship for visas is not provided.
