Job Summary
Greet customers, identify service and product needs, and leverage sales leads through outbound calling to promote the sales process. Make appropriate recommendations for cross-selling bank products and services while incorporating digital products into interactions. Execute branch leads, maintain effective data quality using approved technology, and complete the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties including traditional teller transactions and monitor daily business risks. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales and referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 0 years of job related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
- Frequent driving (car, van, truck)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
