Job Summary
As a Floating Property Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Leasing Agents, collaborate with Maintenance to ensure timely work orders and moves, drive occupancy and resident retention, and report on key business risks and opportunities. You’ll develop and execute strategies to succeed in challenging markets, approve and monitor budget expenditures for ROI, represent S2’s core values to residents, host engagement events, and maintain the company’s reputation. The role requires Fair Housing knowledge and related compliance, a valid driver license with reliable transportation, and experience in property management with a focus on leadership and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Property Manager experience
- Passion for impacting lives of team and community
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Understanding of Fair Housing and related laws (Fair Housing Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord Tenant Law, OSHA Standards)
- Knowledge of ResMan a plus
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
