Job Summary
Provide operational leadership across multiple affordable housing communities while traveling extensively between Tennessee properties to support site performance and staffing needs. Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals, ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and Project-Based Section 8 regulations. Monitor delinquency, budgeting, and property performance metrics, then supervise and coach onsite office and maintenance teams. Conduct site inspections to maintain Brookside operational standards. This role requires 5+ years of Tax Credit experience and proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management experience
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout region
- Affordable housing experience required (LIHTC, HUD, Project-Based Section 8)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior multi-site or regional support experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Entrata preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
