Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential facility as an interim Program Manager, supervising staff and ensuring client well-being while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Provide direct personal care support including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, and assist with grocery shopping and facility maintenance. Manage project evaluations, process improvements, and initiative implementation to enhance program efficiency. Remain available 24/7 for emergency responses and staff coverage across Green Bay and Appleton locations. Requires full-time 1st shift availability with night, weekend, and on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience, or 5 years of hands-on caregiving experience
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and state-required car insurance
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and overnights
- Be available 24/7, either by phone or in person, to respond to emergency situations
