Job Summary
Conduct supervisory support across departments, shifts, or locations by providing daily directions, coaching, and oversight to employees while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely to supply production lines according to schedules. Verify materials against work orders, maintain accurate inventory records, remove scrap, and keep storage areas clean and organized. Respond to operational issues, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and complete required reports and timekeeping approvals. Requires 2-5 years of supervisory experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility for multiple shifts or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teams, processes, and priorities
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and company policies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or multiple shifts as required
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production areas for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
- PPE required as applicable
