Job Summary
Floating Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant position supporting North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, and Cedar Hill locations. Combines phlebotomy duties (venipuncture, specimen collection, urine/DOT and non-DOT drug tests) with hospitality-focused customer service, helping customers understand testing options and guiding them through services. Responsibilities include administering wellness injections, handling transactions and payments, maintaining inventory, preparing specimens for shipment, and traveling between listed locations as needed. Emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience in a small-business healthcare environment and balancing clinical and operational duties.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- equivalent credential
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency in venipuncture, specimen handling, patient interaction
- Desire to learn about the tests offered
- Reliable transportation and travel between multiple TX locations
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently
