Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)

- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency in venipuncture, specimen handling, and patient interaction
