Job Summary
Floating Personal Banker position supporting multiple OCFCU branches with a home base in Downtown Santa Ana. Responsibilities include handling teller transactions, opening new accounts, guiding consumer loan applications, cross-selling financial products, and delivering consultative, relationship-focused member service across branch locations. Requires 2+ years of banking/credit union experience, experience with teller transactions, new accounts, and consumer lending, plus 2+ years of cross-selling and referrals. Must be able to commute across the branch network, with mileage reimbursement, and work a schedule including Monday–Saturday hours across 8:30 AM–6:30 PM weekdays and 8:30 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays. Strong communication skills, comfort with learning multiple systems, and a customer-first approach are essential.
