Job Summary
Conduct personalized cross-sell conversations by asking targeted questions to convert routine service requests into sales opportunities. Personally generate business leads through outbound calls and in-person visits to offer workplace banking solutions while building referral networks. Achieve daily key performance metrics by balancing competing priorities and managing cash drawers and bank documentation in strict compliance with industry and legal standards. Travel regularly in St. Louis and surrounding cities to meet customer needs. Requires HS Diploma, one year of retail sales experience, and NMLS registration within 90 days. Compensation range $38,916 - $57,244.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience
- reliable transportation
- ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- This position requires traveling in St. Louis and the surrounding cities on a regular basis
- the ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
