Job Summary
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with transactions, new account openings, and partner referrals. The role involves performing various customer transactions, proactively conducting sales activities, maintaining knowledge of bank products, and adhering to operational guidelines. Successful candidates should have a strong customer focus, effective communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Cash handling and experience in a retail banking environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience, including cross-selling (preferred)
- Previous retail bank experience (highly preferred)
