Floating Maintenance Technician - Mile 44

Diagnose defects and complete repairs on buildings, grounds, and amenities while executing preventative maintenance and resident service requests. Perform "make-ready" inspections for vacant units, generate punch lists, and coordinate vendors and supplies to prepare homes for leasing. Manage inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs. Document all service requests and paperwork accurately for tracking. Maintain common areas through trash removal, pressure washing, and general cleaning tasks. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and inspecting contractor work. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to other properties.
