Job Summary
Travel between assigned properties in Framingham and Shrewsbury, MA, performing general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliance repair. Respond to and complete work orders, assist with apartment unit turns, and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize future issues. Troubleshoot maintenance problems, ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, and maintain accurate records of work performed. Provide on-call or after-hours emergency support as required. A valid driver's license and EPA Universal Certification are preferred.
