Floating Leasing Specialist - Summit & Routt County

Lease apartments in alignment with company policies, Fair Housing guidelines, and affordable housing laws, including LIHTC, Workforce Housing, CDBG, and HDG programs. Conduct community tours and deliver personalized experiences to prospective residents while building relationships with prospects, vendors, and team members. Follow up with leads to convert them into signed leases and assist with move-in and move-out processes. Support outreach marketing, community networking, competitor research, and administrative tasks such as answering calls and entering service requests. Maintain records and support compliance processes while coordinating with internal teams. Requires local knowledge of Summit and Routt County, bilingual ability, and 2+ years of leasing experience.
