Job Summary
Floating Leasing Specialist handles travel to multiple Hillpointe communities to provide leasing coverage, conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents, deliver excellent customer service, highlight community features and benefits, gather lead information, and follow up via phone, text, and email. The role supports leasing during transitions, lease-ups, and peak periods, and requires adaptability to relocate temporarily or permanently as business needs require. Must be willing to travel frequently, work on weekends, and have a background in leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, English literacy, and the ability to tour properties and operate in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple properties within the portfolio
- Flexibility to relocate temporarily or permanently based on operational needs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Previous experience in leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to physically access all community areas
- English literacy
