The role requires travel between properties, adaptability to new environments, willingness to relocate temporarily or permanently as needed, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Prior experience in leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage diverse individuals. The position includes responsibilities such as maintaining welcoming tour environments, gathering prospect information, and presenting lifestyle value to prospects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (if required)
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple properties
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to walk/tour properties and lift up to 25 pounds
