Job Summary
Conduct community tours and deliver personalized experiences to prospective residents while leasing apartments in alignment with company policies, Fair Housing guidelines, and affordable housing laws. Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members, then follow up to convert leads into signed leases. Assist with move-in and move-out processes, support outreach marketing efforts, and coordinate compliance processes with internal teams. Complete administrative tasks including answering calls, entering service requests, and maintaining records. This role requires local Denver residency with 100% travel availability, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and 2+ years of affordable housing experience. Competitive hourly pay starts at $28.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Valid driver's license
