Job Summary
Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and managing lease signings. Inspect apartments pre-move-in for move-in readiness, maintain show units and leasing office standards, and execute marketing activities including resident referrals and digital outreach. Track availability and leasing data using property management software, follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, and facilitate lease renewals through targeted outreach. Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests while adhering to community policies on concessions and specials. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with rare travel to other properties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
