Job Summary
Coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness, manage show units and leasing office standards, and execute marketing activities including resident referrals and online outreach using OneSite or Yardi software. Prepare lease renewal packages, follow up with residents and prospects via email and phone, and respond promptly to resident concerns. Maintain daily contact with prospects and renewing residents to finalize lease decisions. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with rare travel to other properties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
